Pricing and Design Services

Because Log & Timber Works is a custom building company, we have yet to duplicate a home or structure. We provide costs on an individual project basis. There are many variables that affect costs, such as continually fluctuating timber prices, size of your structure, complexity of design, location of your building site, type of roof support system required, and more. To provide you with a rough estimate, a set of preliminary plans are needed, including a completed floor plan along with elevation views of the building. For an exact quotation, a full set of finished architectural blueprints will be drawn up.
